To manage the security of your Narkasa account, you may choose one of the 4 methods listed below:
1. Password Update
2. Generate an Anti-Phishing Code
3. Device Authorization
4. 2FA Management
Password Update
The most common method of ensuring security on internet platforms is to, periodically reset and change passwords. Similar passwords used on several platforms increases security risks to the account and personal information.
Important recommendations for a secure password.
- Change your password frequently and regularly.
- Password’s length should be more than 8 characters and must contain an uppercase, lowercase alphabet, numbers, and special characters.
- Do not use easily available information such as your name, email address, birthday, and mobile phone number in your password.
- In each password change, passwords used must be completely different.
Important information for Your security, your withdrawal will not execute 24 hours after your password update.

Anti-Phishing code identification
Phishing;
Is to obtain personal information such as; the person’s relevant system-related username, password, etc. Using illegal methods such as send misleading dubious emails to the mailing list.
Anti-Phishing Code;
In order to protect you from a phishing attack, all emails sent by Narkasa systems will include your specific special code.
With an Anti-Phishing code, you are able to increase the security of your Narkasa account against possible Phishing attacks.

Device Authorization
To further secure your Narkasa account, you can authorize certain devices that can access Narkasa systems. You will not be able to access your Narkasa account from devices that you did not authorize.
If you login to your Narkasa account from an unauthorized device, Narkasa will send you a device authorization notification via email. To log in with the new device, if you approve, a confirmation must be sent by email.
Important Information If you did not attempt to access your account from an unauthorized device, you can freeze your account by sending a request notification email.

From this section, you can unregister devices that you are not sure of their safety or do not intend to use again.
Tip order to protect your account; if your browser has been updated or your operating system has been reinstalled, Narkasa systems will perceive it as logging in from a new device and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

2FA Management
2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) to increase the security and to further protect your Narkasa account against other individuals (Hackers, malware, etc). By making it difficult for other individuals to access your account even if they obtain your password. Even if they pass the first stage of authentication using login information, they will not be allowed to log in without the 2FA Two-Factor Authentication code used in the second stage of authentication.
There are 3 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) approval methods available on Narkasa;
- Google 2FA Authentication
- SMS Authentication
- YubiKey Authentication
