The information in your identity and the information you enter must be exactly the same. Pay attention to vowel/consonant letter changes. Also, if there is a middle name in your ID, it has to be matched with your information. It is required to write your full name.
Tip For instance, if you write your name as "Omer" instead of "Ömer Can" when you were creating your Narkasa account, your request would not be approved. These types of changes have to be edited by our Support Team.
